Pausing your account
Pausing is a temporary option if you plan to return.
Avoid charges for up to 90 days
Resume anytime by selecting a plan
After 90 days, your account moves to a $10/month storage plan to retain your data
Cancelling your account
Cancelling permanently stops your subscription.
All billing stops immediately
Your data is scheduled for deletion after 30 days
After 30 days, all data is permanently removed
π We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
Shopify users: cancelling vs. storage plan
If you're using ViralSweep with Shopify, there's an important difference.
Shopify stores your promotion data automatically, so you don't need to stay on the storage plan to retain your data.
β
What this means:
You can cancel your ViralSweep subscription completely
Your data will still be stored within Shopify
You won't need the $10/month storage plan
