What does ViralSweep cost?

You can view all plan options on our Pricing page.

ViralSweep offers both monthly and annual billing options:

  • Monthly plans: Flexible, billed every 30 days

  • Annual plans: Save more—get 2 months free compared to monthly pricing

All plans include:

  • Unlimited entries

  • Unlimited campaigns

  • No contracts

  • The ability to upgrade or downgrade at any time

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes—every plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can explore the platform before committing.

Are there any trial restrictions?

During the trial, there are two limitations:

Limited entry access

You can view full details for the first 10 entries in a campaign.
(You'll still see the total number of entries—just not full data beyond the first 10.)

No email integrations

Integrations with email service providers are disabled during the trial.

Once you upgrade, you'll unlock full access to all entries and integrations included in your plan.

How does billing work?

After your 7-day trial ends:

  • You'll be billed immediately

  • Billing continues based on your selected plan:

    • Monthly: every 30 days

    • Annual: once per year (with 2 months free)

You can also end your trial early to unlock full access right away.

When is my next billing date?

To find your next billing date, go to Settings → Account → Billing.

Your next charge date is displayed there alongside your current plan and billing history.

If you're on a monthly plan, you're billed every 30 days from the date your trial ended or your plan started. If you're on an annual plan, you're billed once per year on your renewal date.

Are charges prorated?

  • Upgrades: Prorated

  • Downgrades: Not prorated

  • Refunds: Not offered for unused time or partial billing periods

What happens when I downgrade my plan?

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, here's what you need to know:

Your data is preserved:

  • All your existing entries and campaigns remain intact

  • You can re-access this data anytime if you upgrade back to a higher plan

Integrations are disabled (not deleted):

  • If your current plan includes integrations that are not available on your new lower-tier plan, those integrations will be disabled

  • Your integration data is not deleted—it's just paused until you upgrade to a plan that includes them again

  • For details on which integrations are included in each plan, see our Premium Integrations guide

Important: Downgrades are not prorated, so your next billing cycle will reflect your new plan's cost.

What is your refund policy?

For full details, please visit our Refund Policy page.

Can I use ViralSweep for just one month?

Yes. You can use ViralSweep for as long—or as short—as you need.

If you're on a monthly plan, you can pause or cancel at any time. For step-by-step instructions, see How to pause, cancel, or resume your ViralSweep account.
