If you use ViralSweep to enter sweepstakes and contests and want to delete your data, you can email us with a data deletion request to [email protected] OR you can make a data deletion request directly with the company whose promotions you have entered.

ViralSweep Customers

If you are a paying customer of ViralSweep and want to delete your data, you can do it in several different ways.

1) Delete the promotion directly in your account by hovering more > delete. This will delete the promotion and all entry data associated with that promotion.

2) Cancel your subscription and all data is deleted in 30 days.

3) Contact us at [email protected] to submit a data deletion request to have your data deleted. Please indicate the account email address, and if you want the entire account deleted or only specific promotions or specific users.
