Learn about Viralsweep’s subscription terms, and refund policy, including when refunds may or may not be issued.

Overview


ViralSweep operates on a subscription-based model with no long-term contracts.

You can sign up, change plans, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard under Settings → Account → Billing.

As the account owner, you’re responsible for managing your subscription, including any charges incurred during your billing period.


When refunds are not issued

We do not offer refunds or credits in the following situations:

General usage

  • If you used the service (even partially) and decide it’s not the right fit

  • If you ran a promotion for only part of your billing period

Short-term or limited use

  • If you used ViralSweep for just a few days

  • If you created a campaign but didn’t use it for the full billing cycle

Accessing data

  • If you upgrade your account to access data and then cancel

Missed cancellations

  • If your account remained active and was billed, even if unused

    • In some cases, we may refund up to the three most recent months, but this is not guaranteed

Trial-related scenarios

  • If your free trial ended, you were billed, and you used any paid features before canceling

Campaign timing

  • If you set up a campaign in advance but cancel before it goes live

    • Billing is based on your subscription period—not your campaign dates

Paused accounts

  • If your account transitioned to the $10/month storage plan after being paused for more than 90 days

Active campaigns

  • If you had a live promotion collecting entries during your billing period
