Export Entrant Data
To export entrant data from your contest:
Navigate to your contest under the Promotions section.
Open the Entrants list for the promotion.
Use the Export option to download entrant data in your preferred format.
Once the export is generated:
Go to Settings
Select Account
Open the Download Center
Download your exported file
Troubleshooting CSV Upload Issues
If you experience issues when uploading a CSV file with entrant data, check the following:
Confirm the required column exists
Your CSV file must include a column labeled:
update_entry
Verify the column values
Each row in the update_entry column must contain the value:
1
This value allows the system to correctly insert new entries or update existing ones during the import process.
Understanding "Invalid Entries"
If your exported dataset contains more rows than expected or many entries marked as invalid, this is often related to spam filter settings.
Why this happens
When a high-level spam filter is enabled:
Only one entry per unique IP address is allowed.
Additional entries from the same IP address are flagged as invalid.
Example
This can occur in situations such as:
Multiple people entering from the same household
Entries submitted from shared networks (office, school, etc.)
These additional entries will still appear in the export file but will be categorized as invalid submissions.
Export Promotion Analytics
To export analytics data for your promotion:
Open your promotion
Click the Analytics button
Scroll down to the analytics table
Click Export Data on the right side
You can repeat this process for each analytics section if needed.
Export Voter Information
To export voter data for a contest:
Go to Entrants
Select Moderate
Click Voter Log in the top-right corner
Export Contest Photos
To download all contest photo submissions:
Go to Entrants
Select Moderate
Click Export All in the top-right corner
Export Photos from the Upload Photo Action
If photos were submitted through the Upload Photo Action:
Go to Entrants
Click Export Photos in the top-right corner
Export Winner Information
To export data about contest winners:
Go to the Winners tab in your contest
Click Export
This will download detailed information about:
Contest winners
Additional participant data (when permitted)

To keep your data organized and accurate:
Regularly review your spam filter settings
Ensure CSV files are formatted correctly before uploading
Export data periodically to maintain backup records
Use exported data to analyze participation and campaign performance
