What is an entry threshold?

An entry threshold is the minimum number of entries a partner must generate before they can view or export campaign data.

This helps ensure all partners actively promote the campaign and contribute fairly before gaining access to shared results.

How it works

  • When setting partner permissions, you can define an entry threshold for each partner.

  • Until the threshold is met, access to entrant data is restricted.

  • Partners will see:

    • A message indicating that entries are locked

    • A progress meter showing how many entries they’ve generated so far

When does access unlock?

Once the partner reaches the required number of entries:

  • Access to entrant data is automatically granted

  • They can view and export campaign data as needed

When should you use this feature?

Use entry thresholds when you want to:

  • Encourage partners to actively promote your campaign

  • Ensure fair contribution across all participating brands

  • Control access to sensitive campaign data
