ViralSweep automatically tracks and awards entries to users when they complete actions on your campaign. However, due to how some users configure their browser settings, some users may complete actions and not receive entries for them. This feature allows you to manually award entries to users.

1) Go to the Entrants tab on your promotion.

2) Using the search in the top right corner, type in an email address that you want to look up.

3) Hover their entries and click View/Edit.

4) Within this view you can see all of the actions the user completed and how many points they were awarded for each.

To manually add entries, simply input an Entry Description and a Point value and click Add. This will automatically add entries to the user and update their total.

To manually subtract entries, simply input an Entry Description and a Negative Point value and click Add. This will automatically subtract entries from the user and update their total.
