If you already have photos or videos collected outside of ViralSweep, you can manually add them to a contest gallery using the Add Submission feature.

This allows you to display entries in a gallery and optionally allow users to vote on them, even if participants did not submit them through the entry form.

If you are only using the gallery, these values will not appear publicly, so the specific settings are not critical.

Next, add the fields you need for your submissions:

Add your official rules, then click Done to return to your dashboard.

To add entries to your gallery:

A submission form will open in a new window.

From here you can:

Click Enter to submit the entry.

The submission will be automatically added to the gallery and does not require approval.

Repeat this process until all entries have been added.

Note:
Manual submissions will appear in the Entrants tab as being submitted from an address similar to:

[email protected]

You can edit or manage submissions at any time.
