Importing contacts into a giveaway does not automatically give them access to the social actions widget. Social actions only become available after someone enters the promotion through your entry form. Simply being on an imported list doesn't grant access to complete actions or earn bonus entries.
If you want imported contacts or active subscribers to be able to complete social actions and earn bonus entries, you need to use the prefill + auto-submit setup described below.
How It Works
The prefill + auto-submit approach automatically fills in and submits the entry form on behalf of the contact, so they skip straight to the post-entry section where social actions are displayed. From the contact's perspective, they land directly on the bonus actions page without ever seeing the entry form.
Prefill the entry form fields using URL parameters or JavaScript — passing in the contact's details (e.g. email, name) automatically.
Enable Auto Submit so the form is submitted immediately once prefilled, skipping the entry form entirely.
The contact lands on the post-entry section and can complete social actions to earn bonus entries.
Important: Auto Submit only works with the embedded widget or lightbox. It is not supported when using the full customer page.
Setting It Up

Once configured, you can send your imported contacts a link that prefills their details and takes them straight to the social actions.
Winner Selection Requirement
Bonus entries from social actions only count toward winner selection when your campaign uses Random Odds or Random Times winner selection. If your campaign uses Unique Codes, social actions will not award additional entries.
Adding Social Actions to Your Campaign
To configure which social actions are available in the post-entry section:
Go to Post-Entry: Social Actions in your campaign editor.
Click + Add Action.
Choose the actions you want to include and set how many bonus entries each one awards.
