The first entry submitted after a winning time occurs wins the prize.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
“Draw Winners” Doesn’t Select Winners
If the Draw Winners button does not select any winners:
Check that all prizes have not already been allocated
Review your campaign configuration and prize settings
No Instant Winners Despite Many Entries
If many entries have been received but no winners have been selected:
Review your win configuration
Consider using Random Odds if you want more predictable winner distribution
