Connect ViralSweep to GoHighLevel to automatically send new promotion entries to your account as contacts.
How to connect GoHighLevel
Step 1: Open integrations
When setting up your promotion, go to:
Integrations → Email & SMS
Click Add Service, then select GoHighLevel.
Step 2: Select your account
Choose the GoHighLevel account you want to connect.
Step 3: You're all set
Once connected, all new contacts from your promotion will automatically be added to your GoHighLevel account.
How to tag contacts in GoHighLevel
To segment or tag contacts from ViralSweep, you can create an automation in GoHighLevel:
Go to Workflows in GoHighLevel
Set the trigger to Contact Created
Add a filter:
Custom Field →
promo_idexact match phrase
Value: [your promotion ID]
How to find your Promotion ID
In ViralSweep, your Promotion ID appears just below the promotion title and looks like:
#promotion-2567

Troubleshooting
If contacts aren’t appearing in GoHighLevel, here’s the most common reason:
Duplicate entries
If a user has already entered the promotion using the same email or phone number, their information won’t be sent again.
This often happens if:
You connected GoHighLevel after entries had already been submitted
A participant tries to enter multiple times with the same details
