Entry Data
To export entrant data from your contest:
Navigate to your contest under the 'Promotions' section.
Access the entrant list related to the specific contest.
Use the available export options to download entrant details in your desired format. Exporting does not require integration with other services.
To find your export, go to settings > account > download center to download the file
Troubleshooting CSV Upload Issues
If you encounter issues while uploading a CSV file with entrant data, ensure the following:
Your CSV file includes a column labeled
update_entry.Every row in that column should have a value of
1. This setup allows the system to correctly update or insert entries when importing.## Understanding "Invalid Entries" If your exported data contains far more rows than you expected or includes many entries labeled as "invalid," it may be due to spam filter settings. Here's how:A high-level spam filter setting only permits one entry per unique IP address.
Additional entries from the same IP, such as from households where multiple people may participate, are flagged as invalid.
The exported dataset will include these invalid submissions under the "invalid" category.
Analytics
In order to export promotion analytics, simply click the Analytics button on your promotion, scroll down to the table, and click the Export Data button on the right side. You can repeat this for each section under Analytics.
Voter Information
In order to export contest voter information, go to Entrants > Moderate and click on Voter Log in the top right corner.
Contest Photos
In order to export contest photos, go to Entrants > Moderate and click Export All in the top right corner.
Upload Photo Action
In order to export photos that were uploaded through the Upload Photo Action, go to Entrants and click Export Photos in the top right corner.
Exporting Winner Information
To export data about contest winners:
Go to the 'Winners' tab in your contest management interface.
