This feature is only available on our Business Plan and higher.

1) Connect to Rejoiner

When setting up your promotion, go to:

  1. Integrations > Email & SMS.

  2. Click Add Service > Rejoiner.

2) Get Rejoiner Credentials

In order to get your Site ID and API Key:

  1. Login to Rejoiner.

  2. Go to your Account Settings.

  3. Copy your Site ID and API Key.

3) Complete the connection

To complete the connection within ViralSweep:

  1. Paste your credentials into ViralSweep.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. A menu will appear with your lists. Choose a list and click Connect.

4) You're connected

The promotion is now connected to Rejoiner and all entries will be sent into the connected list.


What fields do you pass to Rejoiner?
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Address 2
Postal Code
Referral Link
Tracking Source
Promotion ID

Do you update subscribers?
Yes, if you run a promotion and we pass someone to Rejoiner, then you run another promotion in the future and the same person enters, we will automatically update their information in Rejoiner (if any new information is provided). Mainly, the referral URL will be updated with the newest URL for each promotion they enter.


If you have connected to Rejoiner and data is not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:

Email already in Rejoiner
The email address entered into the promotion may already be in your Rejoiner list, so it will not be added again.

Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the promotion has already been entered into the promotion previously, so therefore it is not passed to Rejoiner. This can happen if you set up your Rejoiner integration after you have already entered the promotion.

Delay in reporting
Rejoiner is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
