This feature is only available on our Business Plan and higher.
1) Connect to Infusionsoft
When setting up your promotion, go to:
- Integrations > Email & SMS.
- Click Add Service > Infusionsoft.
2) Get Your Credentials
To get your Infusionsoft API Key:
- Login to Infusionsoft.
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Application.
- Scroll down to the API section and copy the Encrypted Key. If there is not one set, you will need to enter an API Passphrase first, click save, and the key will be generated.
3) Complete the connection
To complete the connection within ViralSweep:
- Paste your API Key and Account Name into ViralSweep.
- Click Connect.
- A menu will appear with your Infusionsoft tags/lists. Choose a list to connect to.
4) You're connected
The promotion is now connected to Infusionsoft and all entries will be sent into the connected list.
If you have connected to Infusionsoft and data is not being added to your list, these are the most common reasons as to why:
Email already in Infusionsoft list
The email address entered into the promotion may already be in your Infusionsoft list, so it will not be added again.
Email already entered into ViralSweep
The email address entered into the promotion has already been entered into the promotion previously, so therefore it is not passed to Infusionsoft. This can happen if you set up your Infusionsoft integration after you have already entered the promotion.
Delay in reporting
Infusionsoft is having a delay in reporting. Try checking again in a few hours.
